The Mining Emergency Response Competition (MERC) provides a valuable opportunity for Emergency Response teams from resource industry companies, to demonstrate their skills through a competition across a range of Emergency Response scenarios. Participating teams will be demonstrating their training, expertise and professionalism and at the same time bring recognition to the wider community of the value and importance of Emergency Response and Rescue training. This will continue ensuring safe workplaces and communities in the event of emergencies.
